In case you didn’t catch it, this cartoon references the 1988 movie “The Naked Gun: From the Files of Police Squad!”, starring Leslie Nielson as a tough cop.
There’s a sequence where the evil villain played by Ricardo Montalbán, gets shot by Leslie Nielson, falling from the bleachers of a sports arena, only to be flattened by a stream roller, then walked over by a marching band that performs a wonderful rendition of “LOUIE LOUIE.”
Thus this silly cartoon…
