So I’m sitting in a cafe across from one of my favorite newsstands in the universe, the Bulldog Newsstand in the U-District of Seattle, checking in on the emails I’ve been ignoring for the past 40 hours. It’s been a whirlwind of activity for me up in the Northwest after the big LOUIEFEST. Yesterday, I conducted two new interviews for the documentary, and I’m really having a blast linking up with old friends. If I didn’t have to race home to prepare myself for Burning Man, I’d be very tempted to spend another week up here.
Some of you are probably anxious to see my footage from the LOUIEFEST, which I haven’t time to transfer, much less edit for the public consumption. In the meantime, here’s a little snippet from the show, courtesy of my friend Dave:
